Penguin Country will be at the St. Paul Winter Carnival. Our penguins will be displayed throughout the Carnival grounds. They will also be for sale at the merchandise booth. If you take a picture with one of our penguins on the grounds and upload the picture to our website, you will be entered in a drawing for a free penguin. We will be taking submissions until the last day of the Carnival.
